Absolutely! Sage & Ceremony is a proudly queer-owned business, and we are deeply committed to creating affirming, inclusive, and celebratory spaces for all love stories.✧ Where are you based, and do you travel?
We’re based in Richmond, Virginia, and we happily travel throughout the state and beyond for aligned events. Travel fees may apply depending on distance, lodging needs, and event timing. If you’re unsure whether your location qualifies, just reach out—if it feels like a good fit, we’ll find a way to make it happen.✧ Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We understand that wedding planning is an investment, and we’re happy to work out a flexible payment plan that fits your needs. Most packages are split into 2–4 installments, depending on the timeline.✧ Do you offer custom packages?
Always. If none of our standard offerings quite fit, we’re happy to build a custom package based on your event, budget, and planning needs.✧ Can I just hire you for ceremony planning or day-of help?
Yes! Our Sacred Hour package or à la carte options are perfect for couples who want support with just one part of the process—especially for elopements or vow renewals.✧ What’s your cancellation or refund policy?
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date, and all other payments are non-refundable once work has begun.
If you need to reschedule due to an emergency or unexpected life change, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
